Led by Gregory Rouchotas, a senior Civil Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure design and supervision, RCE combines flexibility with unwavering commitment to deliver projects while continually pursuing excellence.

get to know our lead engineer
Gregory’s journey in engineering began at Imperial College London, where he earned his M.Eng. in Civil & Environmental Engineering in 2000. The following year, he completed an M.Sc. in Information Technology, blending engineering and digital skills that would define his modern approach to infrastructure design.
Starting out as a hydraulics engineer in Greece, Gregory quickly became involved in the design of large-scale regional and municipal water projects. His technical insight, and ability to integrate engineering with technology soon propelled him into senior roles with leading engineering firms.
In his most recent position with a multinational engineering group, Gregory led the infrastructure department, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex, high-impact projects across Europe and the Middle East.
Today, as Founder and Lead Engineer at RCE – Reliable Consulting Engineers, Gregory continues to bring vision, precision, and unwavering commitment to every project
